| 摘 要： | 在高等教育以提高质量为核心,加快从高等教育大国向高等教育强国迈进的进程中,作为半壁江山的高职教育,其质量问题受到全社会的广泛关注。在高职院校培育与塑造质量文化,无论从文化的共同性上看,还是从高职院校的特殊性来说,对我国高职院校的发展都具有一定的实践价值。高职院校质量文化的培育与塑造,可以从质量文化愿景的确立、质量文化愿景的渗透以及质量文化的管理与控制等方面展开。 |

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education,which takes up nearly half of the higher education,is receiving more and more attention from the public for its teaching quality during the procedure of China＇s move from a big higher education country to a strong one.Not only from the perspective of cultural common sense but also from the special characteristic of higher vocational education itself,the cultivation of quality culture is of practical value.This can be carried out from the setting up the vision of quality culture,penetrating the vision of quality culture and control and management of it. |
