| 摘 要： | 在当今市场竞争激烈的情况下,敏捷供应链可以压缩生产产品的周期,降低成本,最大限度地满足客户需求,提高企业利润。文章介绍了敏捷供应链的内涵和特点,提出了汽车零部件企业敏捷供应链管理的实施战略,并进行了运行设计,最后阐述了企业如何保障供应链系统的敏捷性。

| Abstract: | Today,under the intense market competition,agile supply chain can compress the product life cycle,reduce cost,maximum satisfy customer demands,and improve the profits of enterprises.This paper introduces the connotation and characteristics of agile supply chain,put forward the implementation strategy of agile supply chain management for auto parts enterprise,and design the operation.Finally,it expounds how to guarantee the agility of supply chain system for enterprises. |
