| Abstract: | The work investigates on the structures and characteristics of the online shopping supply chain,which is consisted of shopping websites and express companies.For the existed problems of this shopping mode,the horizontal integration and vertical integration in supply chain are suggested to be one possible cooperative way for shopping websites and express companies,from which a win-win result will be expected to achieve for both sides. |
