物流管理专业实践教学基地建设存在问题及对策

为了改变企业招聘物流人才难和物流管理专业毕业生就业难的"两难"怪现象,解决物流管理专业培养与企业需求脱钩的问题,从物流管理专业实践教学基地建设现状介绍入手,阐述了物流管理专业实践教学基地建设的理念误区、资源配置、规划不完善以及缺失政府支持等问题,针对这些问题提出了相应对策,得出物流管理实践教学基地建设是个循序渐进的过程,高校根据自身的情况量力而行的结论。

The Problems and Countermeasures of the Practical Teaching Bases＇ Construction of the Major of Logistics Management

To improve the difficulties of companies’ recruitment of logistics personnel and the difficulties of finding jobs for graduates of logistics management,as well as to resolve the problems of the imbalance of the logistics management education and companies’ reqirements,this thesis first introduces the current situation of the practical teaching bases’ construction.Then,it analyses the problems such as the concept error,the inadequacies of resource allocation and the lack of government support.At last,it puts forward the countermeasures and makes a conclusion that we should construct the practical teaching bases step by step and universities should do it according to their own situations.
