肉食品物流配送中心选址优化研究——以辽宁省盘锦市为例

物流配送中心选址优化直接关系到商品能否安全、快速、及时地运送到消费者手中,对于实现区域物流综合成本的降低,以及高效运作等具有重要意义。在分析比较国内外的有关物流选址模型基础上,选用重心算法及相应数学模型,采用MS-Excel中的规划求解工具进行求解,得到目标优化位置。文章根据盘锦市的肉食品产销区位、数量等现实资料作分析研究,证明所用模型和技术方法在肉食品配送中心选址问题上具有一定的适用性。

Optimization Location Research on Meat Logistics Distribution Center-A Case Study of Panjin City in Liaoning Province

Logistics distribution center and site selection optimization directly related to whether commodity can quickly,safely and timely delivery to the hands of consumers,and to realizing the regional comprehensive logistics cost reduction,and efficient operation have the important meaning.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign relevant logistics location,the author choosed the barycenter algorithm and the corresponding mathematical model,using programming solver tool of MS-Excel to get theoptimum position.According to the meat production and marketing location of Panjin,the author proved that the using model and method for locating the meat food distribution center has certain applicability.
