| 摘 要： | 土地利用变更是保持土地利用调查成果的现势性的重要手段，传统的变更调查方法调查周期长、精度低且费用较高。随着近年来RS、GIS技术的迅速发展，为土地利用调查提供了新的调查手段。通过对黄骅市土地利用变更的研究，详细阐述了RS、GIS相结合的技术手段在土地利用变更调查中的具体应用。

| Abstract: | Changes in land use are an important means to retain the achievement of land use investigation. However, the traditional methods of investigation need a long period, costing more with lower accuracy. The rapid development of RS and GIS in recent years provides a new method to investigate the land use. Based on the research in Huanghua City, this paper elaborates on the application of the technical means involving these two techniques in the investigation of land use. |
