FDI的出口溢出效应:机理分析与典型产业实证

在系统梳理FDI出口溢出效应机理的基础上，提出该效应的三种具体形式，即出口信息溢出效应、竞争效应以及示范效应，并将这三种效应模型化；将企业层面的模型扩展到行业层面，提出理论假说，并结合中国高技术产业的数据对其进行了实证检验。面板数据模型估计结果显示：对于中国高技术产业的内资企业而言，FDI出口溢出的竞争效应和示范效应都显著为正，且内资企业自身的研发能力影响这两个效应的发挥效果，而出口信息溢出效应显著为负，与理论假说显著相反，这可能跟中国高技术产业中内资企业所处的发展阶段有关。最后，提出了相应的政策启示。
