不确定性下的垄断势力测度问题

对垄断问题的分析以及对垄断势力的测度是产业组织理论一个非常关心的问题,以经济分析为基础,测度垄断造成的福利损失对反垄断政策的制定与实施有很重要的意义.传统的方法主要关注确定条件下垄断势力的测度问题,然而事实上,现实世界充满不确定性,决策者的选择行为存在风险,因此,对不确定性条件下的垄断势力进行测度成为一个需要深入研究的问题.

Study on Measurement of Monopoly Power under Uncertainty

The measurement of welfare loss caused by monopoly is an important issue which is concerned in industrial organization,but the traditional analysis were confined in static certain condition.However,monopolists face a uncertain external environment,so it is essential to measure the welfare loss under uncertainty.After reviews of existing methods and making use of rent-seeking model of monopolists,we point out that the uncertainty of whether monopolists can obtain monopoly status and maintain the rent flow cause the original model not to hold true any more.Therefore,the authors make the status of the rise-averse monopolists dynamic to extend the primary model.Based on this and combined with the CAPM model,the authors can construct a new model to have the parameter estimation,then measure the monopoly power caused by monopolists under uncertainty in closed economy and open economy respectively.
