从宋代四川纸币发行及其命运看当今人民币超发的危机

宋代四川发行的交子（后更名为钱引）是世界上最早的纸币。但在仁宗天圣元年宋政府收回发行交子权后，一直到南宋理宗宝祜四年政府停止发行为止，纸币交子（钱引）走完了不断增印一币值贬低一通货膨胀一停止行用这样一个全过程。当今中国的人民币也正在经历一个关键而痛苦的过程，存在严重的主动和被动超发现象，已经显露出的危害性主要表现在：通货膨胀、资产泡沫、收入分配和贫富差距、挫伤社会各阶层的劳动积极性、创造性以及伤害政府信用等方面。面对这些问题，我们或许能够从宋代四川交子的发行及其命运中得到一些启发乃至解决办法取向。

Crisis of Monetary High of RMB: Based on the Study of the Issuance of Sichuan Note in Song Dynasty

Jiaozi, the first paper note ever existed in the world, was issued in Sichuan Province in the Song Dynasty, which was later changed into Qianyin. After the Song Emperor Renzong took back the right of its distribution in the year 1023, the note Jiaozi had a difficult time. The note went through the stages of being overprinted, devaluation, serious inflation and cancellation. RMB in China is now suffering from a serious monetary high both actively and passively, h has caused serious results including inflation, asset bubbles, unfair income distribution, growing gap beIween the rich and the poor, less motivation and creativity of laborers in work from all levels and lost of trust in the government. By learning from the lessons of the Sichuan Jiaozi, we may find a better solution for our current problems with the RMB.
