服务角色转型与信息服务贸易创新

摘    要:21世纪的服务型社会倡导的是服务理念和服务内涵的创新与变革,经济服务化理论强调服务涉及一切商品与非商品性质的服务产品,服务的对象是整个社会。在未来的经济服务化社会中,知识和信息技术密集型服务经济和贸易将逐步取得主导地位,服务贸易将从传统的实体贸易主导型向虚拟空间和网络技术支持的无形贸易及低污、低耗、生态环境和谐与可持续发展的绿色服务贸易主导方式转型,服务贸易将呈经济低碳化、发展和谐化的前景趋势。

Abstract:In the 21st century,the service-oriented society advocates the innovation and reform of the idea and meaning of service.The theory of service economy emphasizes that extensive scope of services includes both commodities and non-commodity goods and services should be provided to all the society.In the future society of service economy,knowledge and information technology-intensive service industry and trade will take the leading role in economy step by step.Service trade will shift from the traditional entity trade-dominated mode to the new mode which features virtual trade supported by cyber technology in virtual space as well as the new mode of green service trade which features low pollution,low energy-consumption and sustainable development of ecological environment.The service trade implicates a trend that leads to low-carbon economy and harmonious development.
