| 摘 要： | 文章从分析微小型企业的组织经营特征及融资需求的特殊性角度,阐述了非正规融资是各种社会资本聚集的最佳方式,社会资本网络通过非正规融资推动了微型企业融资渠道的贯通.企业的非正规融资行为,不仅是出于资金的需求,而且很大程度上也包含了合作、互助的考虑.

| Abstract: | By studying the operational characters and the special financing demand by micro and small enterprises in private economy, the paper proves that informal financing right now is the best way to raise social capital and that social capital network connects the financing channels of micro enterprises. The informal financing behaviors of enterprises can not only meet the demand of fund, but also satisfy the need of mutual aid and coooeration. |
