石家庄市政府转变职能促进民营经济发展的对策研究

改革开放以来,民营经济获得了长足发展,并在经济和社会生活的各个方面发挥着日益重要的作用。由于石家庄市政府在职能转变过程中存在观念束缚、体制不顺、制度缺陷等问题,使得石家庄市民营经济所占比例比较低、企业规模小、特色产业少、产业分布不合理、总体经营水平不高。石家庄市政府只有摆正位置、健全制度、理顺体制、加强与企业之间的联系,才能更好地促进民营经济的发展。

Research on Promoting the Development of Non-state-operated Economy in the Transformation of the Functions of the Government

Since the opening-up and reform,non-state-operated economy has developed rapidly and plays an important role in all aspects of economy and society.However,owing to the bound concept,imperfect system of the government,there still exist some problems such as low portion,small scale,few specialized industry,irrational distribution,and low overall operation.Therefore,government should adopt a correct attitude,improve the relevant systems,institutions and their administrations,and strengthen the relationship with enterprises in order to promote the development of non-state-operated economy.
