| Abstract: | A systematic introduction is made of what has been done at the four stages of establishing and implementing HSE and OSH management system in the 2nd Technical Service for Oil Production, Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau. In this process, 16 scientific and practical methods have been found for the establishment, operation, and improvement of HSE and OSH management system. |
