人力资本投资风险与企业激励制度创新

摘    要:在知识经济时代,人力资本投资能够显著增强企业的竞争力;但当投资完成,由于违约造成的劳动力流失会严重影响企业的投资收益和市场力量。文章认为,违约风险的产生与企业激励机制不完善有关。通过对企业原有激励制度进行创新和改革,加强对精神激励的重视,能够降低违约风险。

The Investment Risk of Human Capital and the Innovation of Enterprise Incentives

Abstract:In the times of knowledge-based economy,the investment of human capital can enhance prominently an enterprise's competitiveness.However,after fulfilling the investment,the loss of labor caused by default will severely influence an enterprise's investment profitability and market forces.The paper insists that the occurrence of default risk has closed ties with an enterprise's unsound incentives.Through the innovation and reformation of an enterprise's existing incentives and paying due attention to emotional incentive,an enterprise could reduce default risk.
