摘    要:人因失误是核电厂维修失效的主要因素,它受到维修人员、维修技术、组织等因素的影响。深入探讨核电厂维修活动中人因失误的根原因,对降低核电厂维修活动中的人因失误具有重要意义。文章基于CREAM追溯法,提出适用于核电厂维修活动中人因失误分析的后果-前因追溯表及追溯分析方法,可作为核电厂维修活动中人因失误分析的指导。

Root Cause Analysis of Human Error in Nuclear Plant Maintenance

Abstract:Human error is the major element for nuclear plant maintenance failure which is influenced by maintenance man,maintenance technology and organization.In-depth discussion about the root cause of human error in nuclear plant maintenance is of great significance to reduce the human error in nuclear plant maintenance.Based on CREAM tracing method,the paper brings about consequence-antecedents charts and trace analysis method which can be applied to nuclear plant maintenance.It can be regarded as a guideline in analyzing human errors in maintenance.
