摘    要:
文章在分析我国公务员激励现状的基础上,调查研究影响当前公务员激励效果的主要因素,并提出完善公务员激励法体系的建议,以期取得改善公共部门激励现状的效果。

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of intensive policies for civil servants in China,the paper does research on the factors that affect the their initiatives and puts forward the suggestions on the improvement of incentive svstem for them,for improving the status quo of public departments,with regards of incentive policies.
