| 摘 要： | 城市管理综合执法问题是我国社会转型期城市化进程中所遇到的特有问题。城市管理综合执法工作开展至今已经取得了显著的成绩,但是由于各方面的复杂原因,实践中仍然存在很多问题。目前我国城市管理工作尚不能满足人民群众日益增长的需求,工作水平与国外相比也还有一定的差距。文章按照城市管理监督和城市综合执法相分离的新型城市管理规范,设计了城市管理综合执法监督指挥系统方案。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive law enforcement of urban management is a special problem that occurred in the urbanization of China s society transition period.Though it has achieved remarkable results since it is promoted,it still has many problems, due to complicated reasons from various aspects.At present,the urban management work in China cannot satisfy the increasing needs of people,while it lagged behind international ones.Based on the new specifications of urban management that urban management supervision and urban comprehensive law enforcement are separated,the article designs a comprehensive law enforcement and supervision command system of urban management. |
