| 摘 要： | 目前,我国政府信息资源的共享与开发利用系统工程中存在起点较低,各部门之间信息交流不畅,共享程度低,开发利用滞后,深度加工的信息少等问题。解决这些问题将是我国政府信息资源共享和增值性开发利用工作中需要着力解决的重要问题。
