| 摘 要： | 在政府的组织下，我国许多地区已完成或正在制定区域性的物流规划。但是至今从理论上仍没有统一的、有说服力的现代区域物流规划的基础理论。文章从实证研究的角度对区域物流规划的基本目标、指导思想、原则、方法、内容、规划的结论等多方面进行了理论探讨。最后形成现代区域物流规划的基本理论框架。

| Abstract: | Under the government' s organizing, many regions in our country completed or are making the district logistics programming. But from theoretically there are still not uniform, persuasive foundation theories of modern district logistics programming. From the positive research , the paper discussed the basic purpose of district logistics programming, the guiding though of programming, the principle of programming, the method of programming, the contents of programming, the result of programming and so on. Finally formed the basic theories frame that programing of modern district logistics. |
