我国工业化中期可持续发展问题的思考

我国目前大部分地区已进入工业化中期,在工业快速发展的同时,面临着日益严峻的资源环境约束,协调工业发展与生态保护、资源供给的关系,保证经济又快又好的持续发展,是今后乃至相当长一段时间内的首要问题.文章从论述可持续发展与工业生产的内在联系着手,分析了我国工业化中期所面临的资源环境问题,并有针对性地提出了转变经济增长方式,提高工业发展效益;发展循环经济,促进资源综合利用;推广清洁生产,控制环境污染;节约利用和发展替代能源,增强工业发展动力相应的对策建议.

Thinking about Sustainable Development in the Middle Stage of Industrialization

Most regions of China have already entered the middle stage of industrialization currently.At the same time of fast economic development,they have to face the increasingly rigorous restrictions from resources and environment.Now how to harmonize the relationship between industrial development and ecosystem protection and resources supply,and to keep the economic development quick and continuous is still a main task of our country in the future.This article analyzes the problems of resources and environment from the point of present actual circumstances of our country,discusses the inner link between industrial production and sustainable development,and discusses the necessity and strategy of carrying out sustainable development.Finally the author puts forward some useful suggestions of transiting economic increasing methods,raising industrial benefits,developing circulation economy,promoting comprehensive exploitation of resources,controlling environment pollution,strengthening industrial development motives,etc.
