企业管理新招——能本管理

能本管理作为人力资源管理的新管理思路,越来越受到了企业管理者的重视。正是基于这一大趋势,本文试图系统地阐述企业如何实施能本管理。本文首先分析了能本管理的内涵以及目标、原则。接着提出实现能本管理的方法,在与培训的区别的基础上重点阐述了人力资源的能力建设。最后以贝克曼库尔特苏州公司的“PSP个人成功计划”为例阐述了能本管理在实践中的应用。
