| 摘 要： | 在分析云南省农民收入现状和农民收入构成的基础上，对1985--2005年支援农业财政资金投入与农民人均纯收入的关系进行实证分析，发现支农财政资金逐步成为农民收入增加的可靠保障，支援农业生产支出、农林水利气象部门事业费、农业科技建设费用成为农民增收的有利因素，而农业基本建设对农民收入影响甚微：并进一步提出西部省区应该根据各地区农业生产条件和农民收入来源构成特征优化支农财政投入结构。
