关于农产品出口补贴零承诺的法律制度

Abstact:Agricultural products subsidies are to support and protect agriculture as a basic national policy instrument of maintaining the stable development of the native agriculture and raising the income of farmers.China is a large agricul-tural country,which signed the"Agreement on Agriculture"and committed to eliminate export subsidies as well as the negative influences concerned.If developed countries continue to use excessive subsidies for their agricultural exports,it is bound to further reduce China′s international competitiveness of agricultural products.This paper clearly defines agri-cultural export subsidies at the specific requirements of being one of the WTO member countries.It finds the significance of improving the law system to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products.
