| 摘 要： | 产权明晰问题争论的实质是"一物一主"与"一权一主"两种产权原则的分歧。在产权社会化发展中,产权关系与产权观念的深刻变化为"一权一主"现代产权原则的确立奠定了现实基础,马克思产权理论和现代西方产权理论为"一权一主"现代产权原则的确立提供了理论基础,而现代财产立法体现着"一权一主"的精神和原则。"一权一主"现代产权原则的确立,对产权明晰、资源配置及产权社会化发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The essence of dispute on definitude of property rights is the divergence between principles of one object one owner and that of one right one owner.Under the movement of socialization of property rights,the great change of property rights relationship and the concept of property rights give the practical foundation for modern property rights principle of one right one owner;Marxist property rights theory and modern west property rights theory give the theoretical foundation for modern property rights principle of one right one owner;Modern legislation on property rights is based on principle of one right one owner.Modern property rights principle of one right one owner is important for definitude of property rights,resource relocation and socialization of property rights. |
