| 摘 要： | 对比不同人力资源管理对象的观点，重新界定人力资源管理的对象既不是“人力资源”，也不是“人力资产”或“人力资本”，而是“人的活动及安排与评估”。该定义有助于个人成长，有助于组织的发展从“单赢”价值观念走向“双赢”或“多赢”，同时也有助于人力资源管理的实施，操作性与实效性更强。

| Abstract: | Compared with different views of the object of human resource management, this paper redefines the object of human re- sources management that is neither the human resources nor the ＂human assets＂ or ＂human capital＂, but ＂the peo- ple~ activities and arrangements, and assessment. ＂ This definition helps personal growth and contributes to the develop- ment of the organization from the ＂the single win＂ values toward a ＂win -win＂ values, and also contributes to the im- plementation of human resources management with enhanced operability and effectiveness. |
