城市会展旅游发展驱动力评估——以乌鲁木齐市为例

会展旅游是城市旅游的重要组成部分,也是世界各地旅游业发展的一个重要方向。本文通过对城市会展旅游发展系统要素的分析,应用层次分析法构建了城市会展旅游发展的驱动力模型,并采用一般综合模糊评分法对城市会展旅游发展的驱动力进行计算,根据得分将会展旅游城市分为5个档次,即会展旅游主导城市、会展旅游支撑城市、会展旅游潜导城市、会展旅游次潜导城市和不适合发展会展旅游城市。最后以乌鲁木齐市为例进行了实证研究,结果显示,乌鲁木齐属于会展旅游产业支撑型城市,且区位优势明显,会展旅游发展潜力巨大,但由于其会展旅游发展基础薄弱,现阶段应选择政策依托型发展模式。

An Evaluation of Driving Force of City MICE Tourism Development-- Taking Urumqi As an Example

MICE tourism is an important part of urban tourism, and is also an important development direction of the tourism industry all over the world. At present, the related research of driving force for city MICE tourism has aroused the attention from relevant scholars. In this article, through the analysis of the affecting factors on city MICE tourism development, the driving force model of city MICE tourism development has been constructed by the analytic hierarchy process method, and the city MICE tourism development driving force score has been calculated out by using general comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, accord- ing to the score, MICE tourism cities are divided into five grades, namely the dominant MICE tourism city, the supporting MICE tourism city, the potential leading MICE tourism city, the backseat potential leading MICE tourism city and the city which is not suitable for the development of MICE tourism. In the end, the paper takes Urumqi as an example to do an empirical study, the results shows that Urumqi belongs to the supporting MICE tourism city, which has geographical advantage, and the MICE tourism development potential is huge, however, its MICE tourism development foundation is weak, and policy- depending type mode should be chosen at this stage.
