摘    要:分析了影响汽车新产品开发决策各种因素,并建立了汽车新产品开发决策的指标体系。将层次分析法与模糊综合评判方法相结合,提出了一种新的定量的汽车新产品开发评价方法。该方法在一定程度上减小了主观因素对评价的影响并使定性问题定量化。最后,用实例说明了该方法的实际应用,并分析了评价结果。

Abstract:The paper makes an analysis on all kinds of factors affecting automobile new product development and decision,and it sets up an evaluation index system of automobile new product development.What is more,combining Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE),this paper presents a new measurable evaluation method of automobile new product development.This method reduces the influence of subjective factors on evaluation at a certain extent and it changes qualitative problems into measurable problems.At last,this paper illuminates factual application of this method by examples and analyses the results.
