| 摘 要： | GDP作为衡量宏观经济运行的指标存在两个方面缺陷：既难以精确地反映一个国家或地区的产出情况，又无法真实地反映一个国家或地区经济运行的质量。GDP这两个方面的缺陷与经济理论的建构有内在关联，只不过是经济理论缺陷的外在反映。经济理论的缺陷则是由于经济理论在建构之时以洛克的自然状态下利益天然同一性作为经济人活动的时空背景造成的。

| Abstract: | There exist defects in two aspects of GDP as a measure of the macro-economy index. GDP not only can＇ t accurately reflect the output condition, but also can＇ t mirror the economy operation quality of a country or region. The defects in two aspects of GDP actually are just the outer reflection of the economic theory defects. The reason why there are economic theory defects is that when the economic theory is built, it regards the interests＇ natural identity in Locke＇ s natural state as the time and spatial background of economic man＇ s activities. |
