我国假冒伪劣治理研究

日益泛滥的假冒伪劣不但扰乱正常的经济秩序,而且危及人民群众的生命财产安全,因此迫切需要有效治理。假冒伪劣产生的经济学原因,不外乎生产者、消费者、市场调节者以及外部的技术环境等因素。为了从根本上杜绝和治理假冒伪劣行为,应采取分类治理的方式,以建立各类产品科学的标准为基础,强化假冒伪劣治理与政府绩效考核的关系,加强不同区域、不同部门的合作。

Research on the Forged and Fake Commodity Management in Our Country

The inundant forged and fake commodity will not only disturb the normal economic order,but also endanger people's life and property safety,so need the effective management urgently.The economic reasons are nothing more than producers and consumers,market regulation,and the external technical environment such as factors.In order to fundamentally eliminate and management fake behavior,we should take the classification management way,to establish the scientific standard of all kinds of products as the foundation,strengthen the relationship between the fake and inferior management and government performance appraisal,strengthen the cooperation among different regions,and different departments.
