| 摘 要： | 休闲治理就是从休闲的角度来梳理、分析、研究、解决我们面对的问题。我们从休闲文化、休闲经济(休闲产业)的角度初步谈论了城市河湖的休闲治理问题,提出:在城市河湖的休闲文化治理中,要Β意带Υ休闲空间㈦开放空间的统一,要Β重滨水休闲空间的文化⒊照、Β重实⒚、文化、特色三协调;在城市河湖的休闲产业治理,要Β重城市河湖休闲旅游业的开发,要尝试滨水休闲业步行街的开发,要大力发展水文化休闲产业。
