| 摘 要： | 文化价值观指导和影响着人们的思想、意识、价值判断、生活习惯和行为规范。科学技术作为人类改造自然的实践活动，它的每一次重大进步都对社会的结构和价值观产生深远影响，同时也必然受到占支配地位的文化价值观的影响。价值观决定了科学技术的价值取向。探讨它们之间的关系，对于我国目前实施的自主创新、树立正确的文化价值观有着重要的现实意义。
