从《旅行社条例》看我国旅行社分类制度的演变

2009年5月1日开始实施的《旅行社条例》将我国旅行社分为两大类：一类是可以经营国内业务和入境业务的旅行社，另一类是可经营国内业务、入境业务和出境业务的旅行社。这种分类制度的变化，是对我国旅行社市场化进程不断深入的一种映射，可以预见，今后我国旅行社的分类方式还将不断变化。文章根据对前几次旅行社分类制度的演变历程的分析，结合《旅行社务例》调整我国旅行社分类的背景，提出今后我国旅行社分类制度的演变趋势。

Research on the Evolutional Tendency about the Classification System of the Travel Agency in China from 《The Bill of The Travel Agency》

《The Bill of The Travel Agency》 which is enforced on the May 1, 2009 classified our travel agency into two parts： the one which can run domestic business and inbound business, the other which can run domestic business, inbound business and outbound business. The change of this kind of classification system is a mapping which reflecting the process of the travel agency＇s marketization deep increasingly. We can foresee the way of the classification about travel agency in our country will change continuously in future. The author based on the previous several analysis on the evolution history of the classification system, and combined it with the background which 《The Bill of The Travel Agency 》 adjust the classification of our travel agency, putting forward to the evolutional tendency about the classification system of the travel agency in our country in future.
