| 摘 要： | 南宁高新区是北部湾经济区核心城市创新体系的核心和支柱，在北部湾经济区高新技术产业发展中具有产业集群聚集、创新体系完善和服务机制健全等优势。文章认为，南宁高新区应培育具有特色的高新技术产业集群、增强以自主创新为主导的内生发展动力和实现与东盟的无缝对接打造高新技术产业聚集基地，引领北部湾经济区高新技术产业发展，促进北部湾经济区经济实现蛙跳跨越。

| Abstract: | Nanning high-tech zone is the core and support of the creative system of the cities in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, which plays a role of industrial cluster, system innovation and service mechanism in the high-tech development. This paper considers that Nanning high-tech zone should establish high-tech industrial cluster with own characteristics, enhance self-innovation developing forces and cooperate with ASEAN, so as to lead the development of the high-tech in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. |
