自然保护区森林防火对策探讨

对自然保护区森林防火现状进行剖析,指出存在的主要问题,如非生产性用火是引起森林火灾的主要来源、违章用火者趋向老龄化、旅游和登山人员野外随意用火行为难以禁止、林内可燃物逐年增多、发生森林火灾的机率增加、生物防火林带建设力度不够等,提出加强宣传和监督检查力度、加强可燃物和火源管理、加强水灭火设施、生物防火林带、扑火队伍建设等自然保护区森林防火的对策。

Discussion on Countermeasure of Forest Fire Prevention in Nature Reserve

It analyzed the present situation and showed clearly the major question of the forest fire prevention in nature reserve,The major source of forest fires is caused by Non-productive use of fire,Illegal use of fire is aging,Random fire behavior is difficult to prohibit of tourism and mountaineering staff,Forest combustible and risk of forest fires increased year by year,Fire-preventing forest belts is not enough,then it proposed the countermeasures of forest fire protection:enhancing dynamics of propaganda and surveillance inspection,enhancing management of Fuels and fires,enhancing construction of water fire-fighting facility,fire-preventing forest Belts,forest fire prevention teams.
