西部零售连锁企业物流配送模式研究

配送对于降低零售连锁企业的成本,提高利润具有重要的意义,而西部地区零售连锁企业配送业务受到了自身条件的制约,所以研究适合西部地区零售连锁企业自身实情的配送模式就是一个重要的问题。在分析了西部地区零售连锁企业存在的问题的基础上,提出了共同配送可以成为西部中小连锁企业降低配送成本、满足配送需求的一种可行的选择。

A Study of the Logistics Distrubution Mode of Western Retail Chain Enterprises

Distribution is greatly significant for the retail chain enterprises to reduce costs and increase profits,but the distribution of the retail chain enterprises in western region is restricted by its own conditions,thus studying delivery model which suitable for the retail chain enterprises in the western region is an important problem.The paper,based on the analysis of the existing problems of the western region retail chain enterprises,put forward that joint distribution could be a feasible choice to reduce the cost of retail chain enterprises in western region and meet distribution demand.
