恩施自治州农村剩余劳动力转移问题研究

农村剩余劳动力的转移是工业化、城市化和现代化的必然要求。加快农村剩余劳动力向非农产业转移、向城镇转移，是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容，是实现我国现代化的必然趋势。文章结合思施州实际情况和数据资料，分析了恩施州人口与劳动力现状，引导农村剩余劳动力合理有序地流动。

The Shift of Rural Surplus Labor in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture

The shift of rural surplus labor is the inevitably request of the industrialization, urbanization and modernization. Speed up the shift of rural surplus laboring to the non-farm production industry and urban is the important content of the socialism new rural construction and the inevitable trend of country＇s modernization. Based on state＇s actual situation and data, this paper analyzes the state＇s population and present condition of labor force, guides the rural labor force reasonably to have the foreword to flow.
