摘    要:食品安全是保护人类健康、提高人类生活质量的基础,是经济社会稳定发展的重要保障,并对国际贸易也具有重要影响。食品安全管理涉及到多方面、多环节、多层次和多领域的问题,再加上我国食品质量安全研究起步较晚,我国食品安全管理问题就显得特别复杂,食品安全管理与国家经济效益两者是个什么样的关系呢,是分割的、抵触的,还是有联系的、相互促进的,文章对此作了探讨。

Food Safety Management and National Economic Benefit
Abstract:Food safety is the basis of protecting the human health and improving the quality of human life, it is the important guarantee for economic society stable development, and also has the material effect to the international trade. Food safety management involves muhifaceted, multi-link, multi-level and multi-field problems, the research of China's food quality and safety starts relatively late, China's food safety management has become particularly complex. What kind of relationship of food safety management and national economic benefit? Is separated, inconsistent, or linked, mutual promotion.
