| Abstract: | Matrix-type organizational structure is applied in a wide range in modem enterprises. However, various conflicts involved in the matrix-type organizational structure should not be ignored. This article introduces the basic theory of the matrlx-type organizational structure, analyzes the essence of the conflicts contained within, and suggests a number of ways to settle the conflicts. |
