| 摘 要： | 在海峡西岸经济区稳步发展和港口竞争日益激烈的前提下,海西无水港的构建正当其时。无水港的构建不仅能增加海西港口群货源量,提升海西港口群的竞争力,拓展其经济腹地,而且能促进当地区域经济发展、优化运输系统、完善供应链。本文在分析海西经济腹地现状的基础上,构建了影响海西无水港布局的评价指标体系,利用模糊聚类分析方法,对海西港口群的腹地范围内的无水港进行选址布局及其等级划分。

| Abstract: | With the steady development of the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan straits and increasingly competition of ports,it’s the time to construct the dry ports.The construction of dry ports can increase quantities of goods sources and improves competitive of ports,and expand its hinterlands,also can promote local economic development and optimize the supply chain.This paper,firstly analyze the conditions of hinterlands of the west side of the Taiwan straits,then selects the evaluation index of economic and non-economic factors and contructs an evaluation system,finally grades the dry port in the hinterland using fuzzy cluster analysis model. |
