中国房地产业的地区差异——基于第一次经济普查数据的实证研究

摘    要:根据2004年中国第一次经济普查数据全面地分析了房地产业的地区差异.与中西部相比,东部房地产业企业总量、就业、一级资质、港澳台和外商投资企业比重最高,生产经营状况和财务状况最好.影响房地产业地区差异的因素有地区经济、政策和市场环境等.政策启示是应分区制定房地产发展战略,对房地产业调控要因地指导.

Abstract:It investigated the regional disparity of real estate industry based on the First Economic Census of China.The percentages of work unit scale,employment,first level qualification and non-native firms which were in the eastern area were much higher than those in other areas.And the production condition and corporate finance condition of firms which were located in the eastern area were much better than those in other areas.It discussed that the main determinants were regional economy,economic policy and market environment.And it implicated that industry development strategy and public regulation policies should be regionally oriented.
