摘    要:研究目的:寻找一种障碍物的处理方法,以提高城镇土地定级过程中障碍物提取的精确性.研究方法:首先提出一种动态网格算法,该算法依据复杂障碍物的形状特征,确定定级单元网格调整值,对障碍物区域的网格进行加密处理后,提取障碍物范围内的网格,并应用栅格距离分析方法获取因子至定级单元的相对距离.之后将动态网格算法应用于南昌市中心城区土地定级过程中障碍物的处理,并与固定网格法结果进行比较分析.研究结果:使用动态网格算法不仅解决了传统固定网格法在顾及障碍物的土地定级过程中因障碍区较窄起不到阻隔作用所导致整体的定级结果偏高的问题,还提高了障碍物处理精度和数据处理效率,保证了障碍物处理的科学性与合理性.研究结论:顾及障碍物的动态网格算法可为土地定级提供参考依据与技术支撑.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to find a method to deal with the obstacles and improve the accuracy of obstacle extraction in urban land grading. With regard to the research method, a dynamic grid algorithm is proposed based on the shape characteristics of complex obstacles, which determines the grid adjustment value of the grading unit. Then the grid of the obstacle area is encrypted, the grids within the obstacle area is removed, and the relative distance from the factor to the grading units is obtained by applying the raster distance analysis. After that, the land grading results of dynamic grid algorithm is compared with fixed grid method in the downtown area of Nanchang. The results show that: the land grading considering obstacles based on dynamic grid algorithm could solve the problem that the overall rating result is high due to the obstacle area that is too narrow to serve a barrier effect in the traditional fixed grid method. Moreover, the method mentioned above improves the obstacle processing accuracy and data processing efficiency, which guarantees the scientificity and rationality of obstacle handling. In conclusion, the dynamic grid algorithm considering obstacles could provide the reference basis and technical support for land grading.
