基于服务质量的第三方物流分包模型研究

协调合作有利于实现供应链上节点企业之间的共赢。，论文针对由第三方物流提供者、第三方物流分包商组成的供应体系结构，提出了参与双方在信息对称情况下的合作和激励约束机制，在此基础上建立了基于服务质量的收益分享模型，通过与市场规制模型以及Stackelberg模型的比较分析可以看出，合作机制可以达到Pareto最优，使得渠道总利润最大化的同时，实现参与各方的共赢。最后通过算例对模型进行了比较分析，验证了激励机制设置的有效性。

The Third Party Logistics Subcontract Design Based on Service Quality

Collaborative cooperation will help enterprises in the chain achieve the win-win purpose. This paper considers the problem of collaborative coordination mechanism in a supply system consisting of third party logistics supplier and subcontracter, by modeling the service-based mechanism, we can find that cooperation can not only cause the entirely optimal profit of supply system, but also form the win-win situation. Compared with the initial model and Stackelberg model, it is demonstrated that Pareto efficiency can be attained in the coordination model, the scenarios are illustrated through a numerical examples.
