| 摘 要： | 作为一种全新的商业运作模式,电子商务对WTO法提出了新的挑战：WTO对电子商务的规制问题,电子商务的服务模式选择问题,电子商务的零关税问题。面对这些问题,WTO成员积极地进行研究并提出相应建议,以致尽快达成共识。

| Abstract: | As a new business model,electronic commerce has bronght about a series of challenges to the WTO rules in- cluding the WTO's regulatuon of electronic commerce,the choice of electronic service model and zero tax of electronic commerce.So the member states of the WTO need reach the agreement as soon as possible to find the solutions to these problems. |
