| 摘 要： | 高职教育的“职业化趋向”需要激发学生的团队意识，企业运作的“素质化要求”需要提高学生的团队能力，社会生活的“幸福化追求”需要展示学生的团队规则，学生发展的“全人化过程”需要培养学生的团队精神。因此，加强团队训练已经成为高职院校素质教育的重要课题。

| Abstract: | The ＂professionalization tendency＂ of higher vocational education makes it essential to stimulate students＇ team awareness. The ＂requirement on employees＇ quality＂ in the operation of enterprises requires students to enhance their team capability. The ＂pursuit of happiness＂ in social life needs the display of students＇ team rules. The ＂whole humanization process＂ in students＇ development requires us to foster their team spirit. Therefore, strengthening team training has become an important issue in quality education of higher vocational colleges. |
