| 摘 要： | 相关研究表明,运作优化效果可以由基层上升到战略层,成为企业可持续竞争优势。在研究从基层运作优化向战略层演化时,分别从业务层和战略层提取影响因素,并提出相关假设;运用结构方程模型分析数据,对假设进行检验,结果显示运作优化效果对企业可持续竞争优势的获取产生了显著的影响。
