谈砖混结构房屋顶层温度裂缝及处理

由于新型建材在我国的城镇建设中还没有全面推广,在以砖混结构为主的住宅中,顶层温度变化而引起的裂缝具有普遍性,极易影响用户的正常使用,甚至会危及结构安全。因此,本文通过分析砖混结构房屋顶层温度裂缝的特征,针对其产生原因提出几点处理建议,以期通过本文的阐述使砖混结构房屋顶层温度裂缝现象能引起建设单位、设计单位和施工单位的重视,在设计、施工阶段能够积极采取有效措施,把由事后对裂缝被动地修缮处理转变为事前主动地加以预防。

Discussion on the Cracks and Treatment of Roof Thermal Crack in Buildings of Brick-concrete Structure

As new building materials in China＇s urban construction has not fully promoted to masonry structure in the main house,the top cracks caused by temperature change are universal,easily affect the user＇s normal use,and even endanger the structure security. Therefore,this article analyzes the temperature cracks the top brick and concrete structure features,for the causes, a few suggestions to make through this exposition of the top brick and concrete structure can cause the phenomenon of temperature cracks the construction unit,design unit and construction unit attention in the design,construction phase to take effective measures to crack from the passive restoration after treatment of the change initiative to be prevented in advance.
