基于TFN-SWOT模型的新疆电力公司发展战略态势研究

为定量分析目前新疆电力公司所处的战略态势，首次在电网企业战略分析中引入了三角模糊数-SWOT（TFN-SWOT）方法。首先，对公司的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了分析；其次，介绍了基于三角模糊数的指标优先权确定方法；再次，在专家调研基础上，运用三角模糊数-SWOT方法得到公司目前所处的战略态势为：外部机遇O>内部优势S>外部挑战T>内部劣势W，并给出了公司在各种态势组合下的战略优化方向；最后，提出了公司未来发展对策及建议。

Development Strategic Analysis of Xinjiang Electric Power Company Using TFN-SWOT Model

In order to quantitatively analyze the strategic situation of State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Company (SGXEPC) nowadays, the triangular fuzzy number and SWOT (TFN-SWOT) method is used in this issue for the first time in this paper. Firstly, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of SGXEPC were analyzed; Secondly, the index priority determination method based on triangular fuzzy number was introduced; Then, on the basis of specialist research, the strategic situation of SGXEPC was deduced by employing triangular fuzzy number and SWOT method, which is opportunity (O)> superiority (S)>threat (T)>weakness (W), and the strategic optimization directions under various situations were also given. Finally, future development countermeasures and suggestion were proposed.
