| 摘 要： | 从耗散结构理论角度出发,选取企业价值网络作为研究对象,提出了在低碳经济背景下企业价值网络系统受到外来扰动时低碳共生演化方向的判定模型与算法,并以中部地区某铅锌企业价值网络为例进行了实证分析,从而为促进企业价值网络系统的低碳共生演化和低碳发展模式转型提供了决策理论依据和方法指导。
