| 摘 要： | 绩效评价是现代企业研究的核心问题之一,它得出的结果能够反映出企业在一定经营期间内的经营效益,绩效评价结果的分析能够指出企业在经营活动中需要提高的薄弱环节。本文根据现有的国有资本金绩效评价体系,结合航天企业民品公司绩效评价体系构建的实例,针对需要进行绩效评价的特定企业,提出了构建适用于特定企业的绩效评价指标体系过程及实际评价方法,指出了特定企业应用国有资本金绩效评价体系进行企业绩效评价的难点与问题。
