| 摘 要： | 针对政府支农投入资金来源渠道多、投向相近、目标相似、资金使用效益欠佳等现实问题。笔者结合浙江省财政支农资金整合的调研,通过建立财政支农资金整合效果测定指标,对富阳市进行了实证分析,并结合研究对象的工作实践,有针对性地提出了与县级财政支农资金整合工作相配套的机制创新和制度安排。
